Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

DayJewel is a wholesale-focused supplier. While single-item orders are technically supported, they often lead to higher per-unit shipping and handling costs. For best value and efficiency, we recommend purchasing multiple pieces per style or in bulk quantities.

⚠️ Note: Orders that are too small or fragmented may be reviewed and cancelled, with a refund issued. In such cases, our team will recommend more cost-effective wholesale options.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellation depends on how soon you request it:

  • Bulk orders are shipped via air freight or ocean freight, optimized for wholesale efficiency.

  • For large orders, discounted shipping rates are available.

  • If you prefer using your own freight forwarder or logistics agent, please contact support@dayjewel.com.

How long does delivery take?

Can I use my own shipping agent?

Yes. Please email support@dayjewel.com with your agent’s details, and we will coordinate shipping for your bulk order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. You can also monitor your order status in your DayJewel wholesale account.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if items are defective or incorrectly shipped.
We do not accept returns based on preference or unsold inventory.

What if my package is delayed?

We work with trusted logistics partners to minimize delays. If your order is significantly delayed for reasons not related to customs clearance, we will provide solutions tailored for wholesale clients, such as:

  • Arranging reshipment of undelivered goods

  • Offering partial refund or credit toward your next bulk order

For urgent shipments, we recommend using your own freight forwarder. Please contact our support team if you would like to explore this option.
