Total Processing Time

Processing starts after payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared within 2-5 business days. Large or mixed orders may require additional handling time. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (tax-free air route where available): Usually the best value for most orders. Typical transit time is around 7-15 business days, depending on destination.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): Faster delivery for urgent orders. Typical transit time is around 3-6 business days, depending on destination.
  • Economy Sea Freight: Cost-effective for heavy orders. This option is usually shown only when billing weight reaches the sea-freight minimum for your route (commonly 10kg). Typical transit is around 20-45 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated by destination, selected method, and billing weight. Billing weight is based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Most channels use a first-weight + additional-weight tier model (for example, first 0.9kg then per 0.3kg step), and rates are rounded by tier according to route rules. Final shipping amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once your package is dispatched. You can also view order status in your DayJewel account. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact support and include your order number.

Customs & Duties

Customs and import charges depend on destination country policy and selected route. Some routes may include tax/duty handling, while others may require the consignee to complete customs clearance and pay local charges. We recommend checking your local import policy before ordering.

Notes for Wholesale Customers

  • Weight and volume both affect freight cost. Fill in accurate dimensions and weight whenever possible for a more precise quote.
  • Products tagged as free_shipping can qualify for free Standard Shipping after the tagged-items subtotal reaches the threshold in eligible countries. This benefit does not apply to all methods (for example, Express and Sea).
  • Special-channel products may require separate shipment from regular goods. If your cart includes restricted or special items, shipping options and fees may change.
  • For heavy parcels, adding lightweight accessories can improve shipping efficiency in the same package, but final pricing always follows route billing rules.
  • During peak seasons or force-majeure logistics events, processing and transit timelines may be extended.
