Shipping fees are calculated by destination, selected method, and billing weight. Billing weight is based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Most channels use a first-weight + additional-weight tier model (for example, first 0.9kg then per 0.3kg step), and rates are rounded by tier according to route rules. Final shipping amount is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking information is sent by email once your package is dispatched. You can also view order status in your DayJewel account. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact support and include your order number.
